Hey everyone!! Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me!

I found a passion for health and fitness after having my daughter 19 years ago. After gaining over 80lbs in my pregnancy I knew I needed a change but what I found was a drive and desire to teach every one I could possible reach about how they too could make their life much healthier.

Following this desire, I decided to back it with education. I graduated from Sam Houston State University (Go Bearkats!) with a bachelors of science in kinesiology and a concentration in exercise science. During this time I completed a 400 hour internship in cardiac rehab at Memorial Hermann in The Woodlands, Tx.

Following my graduation I worked at a sports performance company where I had the privilege to study corrective exercise and program sports and conditioning protocols.

Mom duties called me back home where I began my own business of personal training clients at their own houses which quicky grew into me training my clients in gym.

In 2018 I decided to enter the world of bodybuilding which opened my eyes to the world of nutrition… and I. was. hooked. Nutrition was the missing puzzle piece. I dove head first into the education and soaked up all the knowledge I could.

This lead me to grow a successful online coach business.

I now split my time between personal training, online health coaching, and creating strength training programs for clients around the world.

My passion is to help clients find a sustainable approach that will improve the quality of their life so much that they can live differently. I strive for it to be a process that they value and enjoy.
