One -Time Plan

A one time plan is a blueprint for you to follow to help reach your goals. You will get set up with your goals or macros and a plan that you can do on your own pace. Your plan will include the spreadsheet I use with clients for you to track your data, pictures, measurements, and progress. You will also be given a strength training program based on your goals for you to follow in a gym. You can choose from either a goal based plan or a macro based goal plan. Meal plans are not included and something I do not offer. Please fill out the correct form below based on your preference.
