3 Days Strong
This is a 3 day - Full Body progressive overload workout program for 10 weeks. The 10 week block is split into two 5 week block. This is perfect for a new lifter, someone wanting to get back into the gym, or someone who realistically has 3 days a week to devote to strength training. The program uses mainly free weights as well as cable machines and/or resistance bands.
What’s Included? After you purchase the program you will receive an excel sheet with your workouts. The excel sheet is an electronic logbook meaning you can track reps and weight weekly to encourage progress each week in the gym.
