Reshape - 4 Days
This is an 8 week/ 4 day split progressive overload program. This program was designed to give you shape to your body, building up shoulders and glutes. Over the 8 weeks you primarily focus on shoulder and glute building exercises. You will have 4 workouts and each week you build on them. Each workout comes on an excel sheet complete with an instruction page, videos and recording logs to keep up with your volume each workout.
